Many times we begin with a spark of inspiration and then find ourselves two-thirds of the way in, not knowing where to go from there. We try to push through, but some of that initial magic is gone. Or perhaps we have an idea but don't even know where to begin.

As an artistic director, I have spent the last decade working with artists and designers, helping them find their voice and develop their craft. Many times, we, as creative people, are so far deep inside the process that we can't even see where we're going. I help people articulate and clarify what they are trying to say and then identify the best methods for saying it.
